# Tally Prime Integration

> Synchronization between Vritti attendance, statutory payroll, and Tally Prime accounting ledgers.

# Tally Integration

Virtually every business and institution across India relies on **Tally Prime** (or Tally 9) as their primary accounting software. Vritti provides direct synchronization with Tally to eliminate manual voucher entries and reconciliation errors.

## Integration Capabilities

### 1. Automated Attendance-to-Payroll Ledger Sync

Export monthly attendance summaries, loss-of-pay (LOP) days, and calculated gross salaries directly into Tally Payroll Vouchers without manual re-entry.

### 2. Statutory Journal Entry Generation

Automatically create accurate debit and credit vouchers for:

* **EPF Employer Contribution** (3.67% EPF + 8.33% EPS + Administrative Charges)
* **ESI Employer Contribution** (3.25%)
* **Professional Tax (PT)** state liabilities
* **TDS Deductions** under Section 192

### 3. Cost Center & Department Mapping

Map Vritti institutional departments (e.g., Teaching, Admin, Facilities, Security) directly to Tally Cost Centers for departmental P\&L tracking.
