Voice Agents & Conversational AI

Vritti is built from the ground up to serve India’s non-desk workforce—factory employees, healthcare aides, security staff, and retail personnel—who may not have smartphones or desktop access. By integrating Sarvam AI, Vritti delivers conversational voice interaction in 22 regional Indian languages over phone calls and WhatsApp voice notes.

22 Indian Languages Supported

Vritti Voice Agents process natural spoken speech in major Indian languages and regional dialects:

Primary Use Cases for Non-Desk Workers

1. Phone-Call Attendance Verification & Check-Ins

Staff members without smartphones or internet connectivity can dial a dedicated institutional IVR number. The Voice Agent verifies their identity using acoustic voiceprint matching and logs their shift check-in.

2. Conversational Leave Applications via WhatsApp

Employees send a plain voice note on WhatsApp (e.g., “Mujhe kal bukhar ki wajah se chhutti chahiye”).
  • The AI Agent parses the intent, dates, and leave type.
  • Checks staff leave balance against institutional policy.
  • Submits the leave request for manager approval and confirms via voice message.

3. Automated Shift & Payslip Enquiries

Staff members can call or send a voice message to check their upcoming shift roster, overtime hours, or monthly net payout without bothering HR staff.

Operational AI & Autonomous Agents

Beyond voice channels, Vritti incorporates specialized AI operational agents to assist HR leaders and administrators:
  • Attendance Anomaly Agent: Detects late streaks, unexpected absences, and suspicious geo-punch patterns.
  • Leave Balance Agent: Forecasts leave utilization ahead of peak institutional holidays to prevent under-staffing.
  • Payroll Pre-Audit Agent: Flags salary discrepancies, missing bank details, and statutory ceiling anomalies before monthly payroll runs.

Privacy & Security

Voice recordings are processed transiently for intent recognition and biometric verification. Audio files are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and never shared with third-party advertising networks.
