Vritti Console is the central web-based management workspace for administrators, HR managers, and department supervisors. It provides complete oversight of workforce presence, leave applications, shift scheduling, device fleet status, and monthly payroll processing.

View real-time attendance punch feeds, daily summaries, geofence validations, and manual adjustments.

Review pending leave applications, approve or reject requests, and view staff balance ledgers.

Payroll Processing

Generate monthly salary runs, calculate statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), and issue payslips.

Kiosk Fleet

Monitor active Vritti Lens terminals, view sync queues, and manage device pairing PINs.

Real-Time Presence Monitor

The dashboard home screen displays immediate live statistics for your institution:
  • Present Today: Total staff marked present via kiosk face recognition or mobile selfie+GPS.
  • On Time vs Late: Breakdown of employees arriving within shift grace period versus late entries.
  • On Leave: Employees with approved casual, sick, earned, or statutory leave for the current day.
  • Absent: Unexcused absences flagged automatically based on shift timing.
The left sidebar provides direct access to core administrative modules based on your assigned role permissions:
  • Home: Executive overview cards and live activity feed.
  • Staff: Employee master list, department hierarchy, and onboarding management.
  • Attendance: Daily ledger, location geofences, and manual correction tools.
  • Shifts: Shift templates and staff assignment matrix.
  • Leave: Approval portal, leave policy configuration, and holiday calendar.
  • Payroll: Salary structures, monthly payroll runs, and payslip archives.
  • Kiosks: Registered terminals, status monitors, and activation codes.
